Theory.io has released NoteSuite for the Mac and iPad. They're integrated suites of note-taking tools with special introductory prices available through July 15, 2013.
According to the folks at Theory.io, NoteSuite breaks down the silos that keep different kinds of files separated on mobile devices. For example, NoteSuite for iPad allows users to take notes, manage to-dos, clip web pages, annotate, and read and search PDFs, and more.
NoteSuite stores users' data safely on their iPad or Mac, employing cloud services for syncing and backup. According to the folks at Theory.io, this ensures users' never pay extra to access notes offline, data will not vanish if a web service gets cancelled, access to notes will not be jeopardized by security concerns or lost Internet connections, and users' data can never get held hostage for higher fees.
NoteSuite for iPad, normally priced at US$4.99, is available at a special introductory price of $1.99 through July 15, and is a free upgrade for Projectbook users. It's available through the Apple App Store in the Productivity category.
