At this week's Consumer Electronics Show, smartphone users will get a sneak peak at the new Magnetyze by BuQu Tech (www.BuQuTech/Magnetyze.com): the Magnetic Charging System for the iPhone 5.
 
Scheduled for pre-sale availability in the second quarter of the year, it's the latest addition to the Magnetyze family of magnetic charging accessories. Magnetyze by BuQu Tech applies patent-pending magnetics technology to keep iPhone and Android smartphones charged, synchronized and ready to "grab and go," according to BuQu CEO Ophir Marsh. When you upgrade to a new smartphone, only the Magnetyze protective cover needs to be replaced.
 
Tailored to the iPhone 5’s larger form factor and new Lightning connector, the iPhone 5 bundle contains a Magnetyze protective case, desk stand and magnetic charging and data sync cable.  As with the previously released iPhone 4/4S, users simply slide the iPhone 5 into the lightweight Magnetyze protective case and attach the polycarbonate bumper over their smartphone. 

Magnets integrated into both the case and desk stand enable seamless attachment and simultaneous charging and data synchronization, says Marsh. Users can swivel their Magnetyze-enabled iPhone 360 degrees for both vertical and horizontal use without detaching the phone from the stand or disrupting charging or synchronization.
